Terms of delivery

The shipping cost is the same for each order, no matter how many products. That means that it's cheaper to buy several DVD at a time.

Please note that additional fees (VAT, other taxes) may be charged by customs of your country.

The following table gives the costs* and delivery times by region and delivery mode, as provided by the Swiss postal authorities.

Should you not receive your order, please allow for a three-day dispatching period and the delivery mode chosen before contacting us.
