A film about my parents and about how much times have changed. My father made a living on the railways for 44 years, while my mother worked as a cook for a group of railway workers. A film about my parents and about how much times have changed. My father made a living on the railways for 44 years, while my mother worked as a cook for a group of railway workers. Nowadays, those kind of livelihoods no longer exist, as the railways have been restructured and automated. The classic railway mentality is over. As my parents travel back to the region where they once worked, memories of their past flood back. On the way, they meet today's railway workers, whose working life could not be more different to theirs. If you want to survive, you have to move with the times.
