Los Indios de Alfredo Metraux (Spanish edition))
Around 1930, Alfred Métraux set out through the South American continent looking for the indigenous peoples threatened by extinction: the Mataco, Chipaya and Uros Indians. We re-trace Alfred Métrauxs itinerary 70 years later with ethnologist Alain Monnier. Covering more than 2,000 kilometers, from Argentina to Bolivia, we attempt to find out whether Alfred Métrauxs Indians still exist.
